JOIN US! At UNCC International Festival and explore El Salvador’s indigo heritage!

This coming Saturday, September 21, In honor of our Hispanic roots, Nativa Studio will be hosting Indigo art activities from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

During this Cultural workshop, visitors will engage with the traditional dyeing method using organic indigo (Añil). Get creative and discover the variety of ways to create your own textile art!

We had the best time! Thank you, everyone, for the amazing support.

It was wonderful to meet so many people interested in our Salvadoran culture. We loved watching everyone enjoy the indigo dyeing and lino printing using upcycled fabrics.

A special thanks to the University of North Carolina in Charlotte and the Consulate General of El Salvador for supporting these cultural exchanges!
